Maintenance Reliability Professionals are sought after to work within the pharmaceutical industry.

Role Summary
  • This is a challenging opportunity for an individual to contribute to a leading multinational in the implementation of maintenance systems, equipment registrations, and preventative maintenance routines.
  • Develop and manage regulatory inspection programs to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Update Site Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • Hold a 3rd level qualification in a technical discipline or possess equivalent maintenance and facilities experience.
  • Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), specifically SAP and Procal, and their implementation.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a maintenance and facilities environment, preferably in a Manufacturing Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) setting.
  • Familiarity with World Class Maintenance and Calibration practices, including condition monitoring strategies and technologies.
  • Knowledge of electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical maintenance systems and work practices.
  • Strong technical writing skills for developing preventive maintenance and calibration routines.
Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the installation of new facilities and oversee site inspections.
  • Implement and manage regulatory inspection programs for pressure and lifting systems.
  • Keep SOPs up to date and review them periodically.
