Job Summary

A career opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage site activities across renewable energy projects in the Meath and Cavan regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage site activities to ensure compliance with project scope, schedule, and quality requirements.
  • Drive safety standards on site, ensuring adherence to health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones.
  • Review and manage construction programmes, progress reporting, and resource allocation.
  • Resolve site issues promptly, escalating where necessary to maintain project timelines.
  • Ensure all works are executed in compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and company policies.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and represent the company at site and client meetings.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to site teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar site management role within the engineering or construction sectors.
  • Strong background in energy, power, or renewable projects is highly desirable.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction processes, health and safety legislation, and project delivery.
