We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • To deliver effective front-line support to all service users, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • To develop and implement individualised care plans, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • To maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, progress, and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Registered on the Psychiatric Division of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
  • Excellent knowledge of all aspects of Medication Management.
  • An understanding of the needs of individuals with mental health conditions.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Reliability and flexibility to meet the demands of the role.
