The successful applicant will work as part of a fast-paced team, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service by going that extra step. This role involves working varied shifts, including weekdays and weekends, with 5 shifts out of 7, a 40-hour week.

Duties include:

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues while having responsibility for allocated tables
  • Greeting customers in a welcoming manner
  • Taking orders promptly and efficiently
  • Anticipating customer needs and handling requests
  • Frequently checking on tables to ensure customers' requirements are met
  • Following safety procedures and maintaining high hygiene standards

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within a restaurant or bar environment. They should be flexible with their working hours, fluent in spoken and written English, and possess a good knowledge of POS systems.
