Senior EHS Advisor Job

We are seeking a Senior Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring our EHS Management System, promoting a positive health and safety culture on site, and developing collaborative relationships with the project team.

About the Role
  • Implement and monitor our EHS Management System on the project.
  • Promote a positive health and safety culture on site.
  • Monitor EHS compliance on site and generate weekly inspections and reports.
  • Develop, maintain, and foster collaborative relationships with the wider project team.
  • Influence and coach the site team in implementing best-practice EHS standards.
Qualifications
  • Recognised EHS degree or diploma (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred).
  • 8+ years' experience in health and safety roles.
  • Previous construction experience preferred.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong IT skills – proficient in Microsoft Office and database applications.
