Job Description

Operations Leader for Label Management

NIRAS Ireland is seeking a strategic Operations Leader to drive Global Labelling Operations. As the key contact for labelling projects, you will ensure seamless execution and compliance.

This role requires a strong leader who can manage cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across global sites.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing label change projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness of Brief phases, and driving process improvements.


Responsibilities
  • Manage label change projects from planning to execution
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement process improvements
  • Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate globally
  • Drive alignment and performance metrics within label change execution

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Business or Supply Chain
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Operations, Regulatory or Quality environment
  • Proficiency in English (written and oral)
  • Experience working across different cultures and complex matrix environments
