Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase invoices and supplier reconciliations accurately and efficiently.
- Provide support with company vehicle fleet administration, ensuring smooth operations.
- Process monthly employee expenses in a timely manner.
- Assist with project certification tracking and invoicing, ensuring compliance.
- Reconcile debtor accounts and support timely cash collection, maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
- Assist with new supplier and subcontractor account setups, payments, and queries, providing exceptional customer service.
- Offer general support across Finance, Purchasing, and QS teams, working collaboratively towards common goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
- Experience with purchase orders and invoice processing, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Benefits
- Fixed-term contract duration: 6 months.
- Competitive salary: €31,000 per annum.
- Standard working hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (with an early finish at 4:30pm on Fridays).
- Office-based location: Cork.
