IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT support specialist to join our team. As a senior member of the Enterprise Infrastructure and Technology group, this candidate will have the opportunity to work with and provide high-quality service to business owners and stakeholders across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, Implement, Maintain, and Support our SaaS application portfolio and integrations between SaaS applications (e.g., Okta, Google, Slack, Mimecast, Box, Zoom, Microsoft 365, RingCentral).
  • Implement and manage automation scripts via Okta Workflows, Bettercloud Workflows, and API, Python/Shell Scripting.
  • Manage our virtualized computing environment within Amazon AWS.
  • Resolve and be an escalation point to resolve internal customer issues.
  • Recommend and perform upgrades on desktop/laptop systems to ensure uptime.
  • Collaborate with vendors and business stakeholders to provide solutions for technical challenges.
  • Work cross-functionally with other internal teams to creatively solve challenges.
Requirements:
  • Thorough understanding of SaaS Application operations and integrations (e.g., Okta administration experience).
  • Experience with Enterprise User Life Cycle Management best practices.
  • Familiarity with using an HRIS platform and directory integrations.
  • Ability to create and manage automation via scripting (Okta Workflow, BetterCloud Workflows, Python/Shell Scripting).
  • Ability to diagnose hardware and software issues on Apple/Lenovo/Dell/Microsoft devices running macOS and Microsoft Windows.
  • Experience with email security system administration/troubleshooting (e.g., Mimecast, Proofpoint).
  • Ability to troubleshoot computer connectivity on various (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS), software, and printing problems.
  • Analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; ability to learn new systems/tools quickly with minimal direction and oversight.
  • Ability to lift and handle packages/hardware (laptops, monitors, etc.).
  • Proficiency with audio-visual technologies, including equipment setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance – supporting Google Meet, and Zoom.
  • Relevant industry certifications, Okta, JAMF, Google, CompTIA, ITIL, etc.
