Fund Accounting Assistant Manager

Our team seeks a skilled Fund Accounting Assistant Manager to join our collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the senior point of contact for clients on accounting matters.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of NAVs.
  • Deliver client service excellence and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Contribute to root cause analysis for issues and ensure remediation is effective.
  • Develop and motivate staff within their team through training, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing subject matter expertise to support new business efforts.
  • Review fund documents in advance of launches and identify potential areas of operations risk.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 years' experience in Alternative funds, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Some experience in private markets is preferable.
  • Experience working with Fund Accounting systems, preferably Investran and/or Geneva.
  • Strong knowledge of Alternative fund structures, various fund domiciles, regulatory requirements, and performance calculations.
  • Demonstrable experience of fund/fee documentation review and interpretation.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring.
  • Strong data management skills.
  • ACCA qualified preferable but not essential.
