Project Management Role

This is a senior-level project management position that oversees and ensures the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have a direct impact on our community by developing direct report Project Managers, overseeing project execution, and ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a robust mechanical background to join our team as a leader in project coordination, resource management, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately execute contracted work in a profitable manner; meeting or exceeding anticipated gross margins
  • Confirm detailed measurement, forecast, and reporting of project financials
  • Lead and implement company safety programs creating a best-in-class safety culture
  • Manage respective Project Management groups to maximize profitability through operational excellence
  • Exceed operational required results for Project Management along with continual improvement procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in a related discipline is highly desirable
  • Individual projects over $5MM and portfolio management greater than $15MM
  • Ability to work with labor unions and continually improve management relations and efficiencies
