As a Civil Engineering Graduate, you'll have the opportunity to be mentored by a Senior Site Engineer, actively involved in technical tasks across the site. The location of the role will be confirmed before your start date and may vary based on operational needs.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in all aspects of technical processes and procedures
- Review technical drawings, plans, and specifications
- Setting out
- Gather and analyse data for project planning, including environmental impact assessments, testing, and site surveys
- Support site inspections and monitor construction activities
- File site project documentation
- Requisition of materials
- Quality control
- Document control
- Managing site records and deliveries
- Report weekly and monthly data and information to site teams, key stakeholders, and partners
- Maintain a professional image for the company in all dealings with public and stakeholders
- Other ad hoc duties as required
- A Degree/Honours Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (obtained within the last 2 years) or be working towards it (2026 graduates)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexibility and adaptability
- IT literacy, with a proactive approach to learning and ability to leverage emerging technologies, including AI tools
