Process Improvement Manager

About the Position
The Process Improvement Manager will be responsible for driving improvements to the investigation process and presenting complex topics to various audiences. This is a hybrid position requiring strong technical knowledge of fill/finish operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process improvements to the investigation process.
- Present complex topics to large and small groups at various levels.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Build effective relationships across functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering with 5+ years of experience in a biotech/pharma manufacturing role.
- Technical understanding of fill/finish operations and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
