Job Title: ICTS Project Manager

As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the installation of Security Systems at various customer locations throughout Europe. This role necessitates a high degree of initiative and autonomy, as well as the capacity to adapt to future organizational changes and fluctuations in workload.

You will oversee the supervision of Installation Engineers and Contractors, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety, Environmental Policy requirements, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project planning, scheduling, installation, and final handover.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of projects to ensure comprehensive understanding of contract conditions.
  • Verify equipment specifications and address any enquiries that may arise during this phase.
  • Note and action predetermined programs of works and delivery schedules, communicating changes to customers and stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Oversee the profitability of projects within your jurisdiction, communicating any issues to the Operations Director.
  • Regularly review project progress with the Operations Director and inform customers of project updates.
  • Facilitate or coordinate customer training, ensuring commissioning and completion certificates are signed and delivered.
  • Supply relevant documentation in a suitable format at the time of handover.
  • Inform the Operations Director of upcoming project completions and provide feedback on information for efficient customer invoicing schedules.
  • Comply with BS EN ISO9001 standards, Health and Safety regulations, NACOSS procedures, and GDPR/ISO27001 protocols.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' Project Management experience with a similar cross-section of jobs in quantity and values.
  • Strong working knowledge of Electronic Security systems installation.
  • Training in standard forms of contract such as NEC3/4, JCT etc.
  • Competent in generating and understanding programs of works with Microsoft Project or similar.
  • Microsoft 365 suite, Visio, Job costing packages.
