Health and Safety Manager

Our organization is seeking a skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating health and safety initiatives across the organization, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role within a construction environment and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. This position is primarily based in Dublin, and a driving license is essential for site visits and inspections.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out regular site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Stay up-to-date with current policies and procedures, implementing changes as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with senior management and site teams regarding health and safety requirements and expectations.
- Develop and implement method statements and risk assessments to minimize hazards and risks.
- Provide information and support to clients and stakeholders as required.
- At least 2 years of health and safety experience within the construction sector.
- H&S Accreditation or equivalent.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Full Driving License.
