Job Description
A leading provider of financial services is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage client financial data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and payroll, with excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly financial tasks for clients across various sectors.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports and perform bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records using platforms such as Surf, Sage, QuickBooks, and Xero.
  • Process payroll for clients using Thesaurus or BrightPay.
  • Ensure all submissions meet regulatory deadlines and compliance standards.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in a bookkeeping or payroll support role.
  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas and formatting.
  • Comfortable working across multiple accounting software platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
