Job Title: Accounts Payable Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Accounts Payable Associate.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide accounting support by entering check requests into the electronic system. This includes processing PO and Non-PO supplier invoices, preparing weekly payment runs, and working closely with suppliers and business partners across EMEA.

  1. Monitor AP Mailboxes and process supplier invoices via Verifier/OnBase through to Oracle.

  2. Prepare weekly payment runs, run Aging Reports, and complete Supplier Bank Account Verifications per Company Controls.

  3. Process employee expense and credit card reports via Concur Expense in accordance with company policy.

  4. Cash Management reconciliations and prepare for AP month end close process.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Educational attainment equivalent to a diploma in accounting and 1+ years of related experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and other applicable software programs (Oracle).

  • Able to work well in a team, take direction, and be self-directed, with strong computer and analytical skills.
