Residential Construction Manager

This is a senior construction management position that involves overseeing residential projects from start to finish.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the construction of new apartments in Cork, Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage residential construction projects including coordination and supervision of manpower on site.
- Attend and lead meetings with Senior Management to update them on project progress.
- Act as point of contact for local authorities.
- Assist with weekly toolbox talks and whiteboard meetings.
- Update site diary according to works done.
- Read and interpret drawings to ensure accuracy of works completed.
- Supervise works on site ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance.
- Plan and coordinate daily site requirements including labour and material ordering meeting deadlines.
- Perform company compliance H&S administration procedures and record site operations performance and progress.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years proven experience managing residential projects essential.
- Engineering background preferred or similar construction management/trades qualification.
- Experience with all aspects of apartment construction.
- Strong I.T skills including Microsoft Suite and Project.
