Job Description

The role of Legal PA in Real Estate is a vital part of the team's success. As a key support professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative assistance to fee earners in the Real Estate department. Your tasks will include managing matter balances, preparing engagement letters, and liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

You will work closely with Finance teams to support fee earners' financial performance, undertake matter management processes, and conflict check and Client Due Diligence procedures. Additionally, you will identify matters for closure, clear client balances, and archive completed files.

As a skilled stakeholder manager, you will engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, adopting a consultative and thorough approach to tasks. You will maintain efficient diary and task management across a range of tasks, ensuring accuracy and levels of service expected within a high-performing team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-3 years' Real Estate Legal PA experience gained within a comparable environment and at an appropriate level.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with effective use of grammar and punctuation.
  • Confident stakeholder management, with evidenced experience of engaging with internal and external stakeholders of all levels.
  • Adept at maintaining efficient diary and task management, with ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • High degree of competence in the use of Microsoft Office suite.
