Real Estate Legal Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal PA to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to our Real Estate fee earners, ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.
The Legal PA will be responsible for providing proactive and experienced support to a team of fee earners, including managing matter balances, preparing engagement letters, and liaising with internal teams. They will also undertake conflict checks, client due diligence processes, and file management tasks, adhering to firm-wide best practices.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. They will be confident in their stakeholder management, with experience of working collaboratively with internal and external parties.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to Real Estate fee earners
- Managing matter balances and preparing engagement letters
- Undertaking conflict checks and client due diligence processes
- File management, including identifying matters for closure and archiving completed files
- Liaising with internal teams and external parties
The successful candidate will be a team player, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. They will be flexible and willing to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
