Senior Manager of Strategic Planning and Operations Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic thinker to join our team as a Senior Manager of Strategic Planning and Operations. This role will play a critical part in shaping the long-term strategy for our global real estate portfolio, ensuring we're ready to enable the future of work.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of progressive responsibility within business operations, computer science, engineering, or a related field. They should be currently enrolled in an MBA or Master's degree program with a focus in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in strategic projects, change management, and process improvement is highly desirable.

This hybrid role includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of the Global Real Estate team's long-term strategic plan, aligning real estate objectives with overall business and network strategy.
  • Identify and analyze existing business processes within the division to find opportunities for improvement, leading initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Design and implement the operational frameworks, workflows, and governance models necessary to execute the strategic plan, ensuring seamless and efficient operations across all functions.
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of strategic initiatives and operational improvements, providing data-driven insights to leadership.
  • Act as a central connector, working closely with stakeholders in finance, legal, network operations, and other business units to ensure alignment and secure the resources needed to achieve strategic goals.
  • Champion and lead change management efforts for new processes and initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption and buy-in from all levels of the organization.
  • Work closely with Project Engineers, GRE Facility Managers, Network Operations, Network Engineering, Sourcing and Legal to deliver successful projects across all programs.
