The Shareholder Services and Real Estate Operations team plays a critical role in our business. We collaborate with major investors and financial intermediaries to help them achieve their goals through a meticulous investment process.

This role involves supporting the administration of Real Estate activity within our operations team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the Portfolio Management team and oversee multiple portfolios from an operational perspective.

Key Responsibilities include:
  1. Managing payment expenses and reporting
  2. Preparing VAT returns
  3. Recording, allocating, and reconciling rent and other income for property funds
  4. Cash forecasting, exposure monitoring, and verification of fund valuations
  5. Investigating and resolving queries from third parties and Portfolio Managers
  6. Applying knowledge of complex internal structures to perform daily activities
  7. Responding to and resolving complex issues on a case-by-case basis in a timely manner following established procedures
  8. Participating in team projects as requested by management
  9. Maintaining a working knowledge of the overall process operating model and assisting with the deployment of operational changes
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
  • Minimum 3 years in financial services
  • Strong time management capabilities
  • Able to work in a complex, global, fast-paced environment and deliver results quickly
  • Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization
  • Excellent collaborative, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Strong problem resolution and analytical skills
