  • Serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including approved housing bodies and local authorities.
  • Preparing comprehensive reports detailing portfolio performance, returns, expenses, and risks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 8 years of experience in property/real estate management.
  • A strong understanding of strategic asset management and its application in the residential real estate sector.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to foster positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions and managing multiple priorities effectively.
