Job Overview

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Associate in Real Estate Operations. This role will involve working closely with the Portfolio Management team to support the administration of Real Estate activities.

As a key contact point for the Portfolio Management team, you will be responsible for overseeing a number of portfolios from an operational perspective. Your primary responsibilities will include processing payment expenses, preparing VAT returns, recording and reconciling rent and other income for property funds, cash forecasting, exposure monitoring, and verification of fund valuations.

You will also be expected to investigate and resolve queries from third parties and portfolio managers, apply your understanding of complex internal structures and context surrounding information being processed to perform daily activities, respond to and resolve complex issues on a case-by-case basis in a timely manner following established operating procedures, participate in team projects as requested by management, develop and implement new initiatives, and assist with process re-engineering and system integrations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3 years in financial services
  • Strong time management capabilities
  • Ability to work in a complex, global, fast-paced environment and deliver solid action-oriented results quickly in a hybrid work environment
  • Excellent collaborative, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong problem resolution and analytical skills
