Senior Visual Merchandising Executive

The role of Senior Visual Merchandising Executive is critical to the success of our business. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving visual merchandising strategies that deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will lead a high-performing visual merchandising team, providing guidance and support to ensure outstanding store presentations and floor plans. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement visual merchandising initiatives that align with business objectives.

You will also oversee the development and maintenance of floor plans, product zoning, and layout strategies to maximize sales potential. Additionally, you will lead the visual merchandising efforts for new store openings, refurbishments, and seasonal changeovers, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive visual merchandising strategies that deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
  • Lead a high-performing visual merchandising team, providing guidance and support to ensure outstanding store presentations and floor plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement visual merchandising initiatives that align with business objectives.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising within the furniture or home retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects across different locations.
  • Creative flair with commercial awareness and an eye for detail.
