The Role

This key member of the Global Communications and Corporate Brand team leads the development and execution of communications supporting the Global Quality Organization and Global Supply Organization. The Director, Global Operations Communications will champion a culture of quality at operations sites and deliver communications that inspire, connect, and reinforce the critical role these functions play in our success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Strategic Operations Communications: Develop and execute communication strategies promoting a culture of quality, safety, compliance, and customer service across global operations.
  • Develop Executive & Leader Communications: Create communications plans for leaders to drive engagement, visibility, and connection with colleagues.
  • Enhance Employee Engagement & Communication Effectiveness: Lead the development of an Operations Communications Council bringing together key communicators to drive employee engagement and promote knowledge sharing.
  • Lead Change & Organizational Communications: Provide strategic counsel and develop communications to support organizational announcements and restructuring activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A bachelor's or master's degree in communication or related discipline is preferred. Extensive experience within a pharmaceutical organization is preferred. Proven ability to lead communications around sensitive operational matters.
