Global Operations Communications Leader

As the Director of Global Operations Communications, you will lead the development and execution of communications strategies that promote a culture of quality, safety, compliance, and customer service across global operations.

The Role & Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic communications: Develop and execute communication plans that inspire, connect, and reinforce the critical role of operations functions in our organization's success.
  • Develop executive and leader communications: Equip leaders with tools and messaging to foster alignment and engagement, driving business outcomes and promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Enhance employee engagement and communication effectiveness: Lead the development of an operations communications council, bringing together key communicators to drive employee engagement and promote knowledge sharing.
  • Lead change and organizational communications: Provide strategic counsel and develop communications to support organizational announcements, restructuring activities, and integrations impacting global operations.
  • Prepare for and manage issues: Proactively prepare for known issues to mitigate impact and refine issues management response strategy.
  • Support external communications: Stay informed of industry news and advise on its potential impact on internal and external communications.
  • Measure impact and drive continuous improvement: Use metrics and analytics to assess communications effectiveness and inform decision-making.

As a collaborative partner with global communications, corporate affairs, quality, and operations teams, you will ensure consistency with brand standards and adherence to the evolving corporate narrative. Travel as needed to foster relationships and enhance understanding of operations sites globally.
