Electrical Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will give you the opportunity to work on large-scale projects and progress to more senior roles.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing electrical site operations, including labour, materials, and subcontractors. You will be responsible for ensuring that all project scope requirements and targets are met, while maintaining a high standard of quality on site.

This is a fast-paced environment, and you will play a vital part in the smooth-running of the project. The project involves a CAT-A commercial fitout in Dublin 3.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing and driving a proportion of the overall site team to meet all project scope requirements and targets.
  • Maintaining a high standard of quality on site, i.e., quality construction and materials installed.
  • Coordinating and planning resources, inclusive of labour, materials, and subcontractors when engaged and required.
  • Ensuring adherence to both legislative and company safety and quality standards.
  • Preparing relevant reports in line with company policies and practices.

The ideal candidate will have completed all Phases 1-7 of SOLAS Apprenticeship - FETAC Level 6, and will have strong communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English. Strong electrical experience working with an electrical contractor is also essential.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on multi-million-euro projects and grow within the organisation. We offer a competitive hourly rate between €30 to €40 per hour, paid for 40 hours per week, and paid for any overtime hours worked.
