Job Description

We seek a seasoned hospitality professional to drive success at our North Dublin hotel.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading daily hotel operations across departments, ensuring brand standards and regulatory compliance. They will develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance to optimize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.

This role requires exceptional guest service skills, as well as the ability to address escalated issues personally. The successful candidate will also recruit, train, and mentor department heads and staff to foster a positive, high-performance culture.

In addition, they will drive local marketing initiatives and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, OTAs, and community partners.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5+ years of hotel management experience in a GM or senior leadership role.
  • A strong understanding of hospitality finance, KPIs, and budgeting.
  • Experience with property management systems.
  • A passion for guest service and team development.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • A knowledge of labour laws, safety standards, and compliance procedures.
