Front Office Team Leader

The successful candidate will lead the Front Office team in a four-star hotel in Dublin, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and motivate the Front Office team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Oversee departmental finances and ensure accurate shift handovers.
  • Provide comprehensive staff training as per company policy.
  • Assist with recruitment and selection processes.

The ideal candidate has at least two years' experience as a Reception/Front Office Manager in a similar property. Key attributes include:

  • Able to lead by example.
  • Strong command of the English Language, written and verbal.
