Key Roles and Responsibilities:

The main objective of this position is to function as a key member of our sales team in the Dublin region, identifying and securing new commercial business opportunities.

Primary Objectives:
  • Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns in collaboration with the New Business and Existing Teams
  • Generate high-value commercial leads for conversion and growth
Sales Performance Management:
  • Source, quote, and convert quotations for new commercial clients
  • Contribute to achieving overall New Business targets of the Commercial Lines teams in the Dublin region
Client Relationship Building:
  • Establish long-term trusted relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing expert guidance
  • Enable customers to make informed decisions through sharing valuable insights and expertise
Team Collaboration and Development:
  • Work closely with senior management and regional directors within a large regional team
  • Develop and deliver a robust new business pipeline and achieve outstanding results
Essential Qualifications:
  • CIP qualified as a minimum, preferably studying towards ACII
  • Compliance with the Central Bank's Minimum Competency Code and Fitness & Probity standards
