Your role as a Solutions Architect is to drive customer satisfaction through partnership with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects. You will monitor an existing book of business, lead technical discussions with customers, uncover new data challenges, and demonstrate how our platform can address their needs through live demos and workshops.

The end goal is to renew and expand among existing customers while acting as the voice of the customer to ensure we build products that solve real problems and delight our customers.

  • You will manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers, monitoring health, product adoption, and utilization to identify expansion opportunities and churn risks.
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with key technical stakeholders to understand analytics needs and determine how our platform can help.
  • You will educate customers on new features and products to increase value and usage of our platform.
  • You will collaborate with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects on accounts, providing strategic input on customer lifecycle and renewals.
  • You will represent the voice of the customer in product discussions and participate in cross-functional activities.

You are a good fit if you have experience in a post-sales role, a solid technical background, comfort presenting to various stakeholders or audiences, and the ability to operate in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
