Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analytics Manager to lead our Casino Analytics team.

You will be responsible for ongoing performance tracking, reporting, and ad-hoc queries from stakeholders. You will partner closely with commercial and product leadership to identify useful insights, drivers of growth, and opportunities to improve the player experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction, mentoring, and technical expertise within the team, focusing on the Casino Product.
  • Work collaboratively with the Consumer Insights leadership team to identify opportunities to use qualitative customer insights to drive and complement quantitative data research.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders in the Product teams and become a key voice in using data to define feature success, drive product development, and influence roadmaps.
  • Drive the integration of data insights into the Casino Product roadmap, from product conception through implementation and beyond.
  • Be a hands-on analyst, creating actionable insights both regularly and ad hoc. Gather and present insights, metrics, and activities to key stakeholders, becoming a trusted source of intelligence and advisory over time.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 years proven experience in an analytics role, with at least 2 years managing analysts.
  • Degree in a relevant field, e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Strong proficiency in a statistical programming language, e.g., R or Python.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, e.g., Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Experience in data analysis or mathematical model development, with a strong understanding of statistics concepts such as multivariate testing.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner closely with engineers and stakeholders, earning trust and prioritizing relationships.
  • Strong executive presentation and communication skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders to make business decisions.
