About the Opportunity

Citco is seeking an accomplished professional to lead our Data Transformation initiatives. This high-profile role requires a seasoned expert with a strong track record in data-driven decision making, team leadership, and client relationship management.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, driving strategic data initiatives and ensuring seamless solution delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Bridging communication between clients and technical teams to gather and document business requirements
  • Leading Data Transformation client projects and delivering high-quality client experiences
  • Fostering long-term relationships with clients through proactive engagement and client-facing materials
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years' experience working with data and within the financial services industry
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical skills for data preparation, cleaning, normalization, and deduplication
  • Experience with scripting languages and finance tools
  • Knowledge of data integration, ETL processes, and data modeling
  • Familiarity with Atlassian products and AWS preferred
