We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic and passionate professionals to join a brilliant team of social and care staff in supporting adults towards independent living and community integration.

The role involves managing residential communities and day services nationwide, offering unique, person-centred care that transforms lives. This position requires an understanding of developments at national and sectoral level in relation to quality and safety within disability services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading teams of social and care staff in supporting adults with physical / intellectual disabilities, autism, and other support needs
  • Developing and implementing care plans that promote independence and community integration
  • Managing budgets and resources to ensure efficient service delivery

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of a Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework - BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care
  • At least 2 years management experience at a similar level of responsibility
  • At least 3 years' experience in the health/social care or voluntary sector
  • Detailed understanding of developments at national and sectoral level in relation to quality and safety within disability services
