The Position:
This position is situated in our Limerick office, under the Fund Administration Division. As a key member of our team, you will be tasked with creating and maintaining comprehensive reporting solutions for various fund structures, adhering to stringent European regulatory guidelines.
Enjoy a harmonious balance between office and remote work, thanks to our adaptive hybrid model. Your duties will involve close collaboration with colleagues from diverse departments to refine and update our regulatory compliance framework.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute daily and periodic regulatory reports, closely collaborating with senior team members.
- Engage with regulators, relationship managers, and Northern Trust clients to address any questions regarding existing reporting solutions or additional information requests.
- Foster cross-functional training among team members across EMEA and outsourced locations.
- Contribute to the development of a robust, scalable operational framework for delivering services, ensuring long-term viability and profitability.
- Proactively communicate with clients, offering suggestions to enhance operational efficiency, improve processes, and elevate client experiences.
Stakeholder Interactions:
- Reports directly to: Regulatory Reporting Section Manager
- Collaborates with: Fund Administration Leaders, New Business Teams, Relationship Managers, and Product Teams
- Key External Partners: Clients, Investment Managers, and Regulators
Preferred Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Experience in financial services/asset management/fund administration (optional)
- Aptitude for building effective partnerships with external clients
- Initiative, creativity, and analytical thinking
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to identify errors, interpret complex data sets, and demonstrate professionalism under tight deadlines
- Able to analyze existing systems and propose tailored alternatives
