Leisure Centre Attendant Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our leisure centre at all times.

We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Leisure Centre Attendant will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to our guests and members, maintaining a safe and secure environment, and assisting with the maintenance of our facilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the leisure centre.
  • Provide top-notch customer service to guests and members.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment within the leisure centre.
  • Support the maintenance team in keeping our facilities in good condition.

Key Requirements:

  • Lifeguard certification is essential.
  • Swim instructor certification is desirable.
  • ITEC/NCEF gym instructor certification is highly advantageous.
  • Pool plant qualifications are also advantageous.
