Facility Operations Manager

- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, operational standards, and legal requirements.
- Oversee the maintenance and presentation of leisure facilities.
- Collaborate with departments to uphold consistent facility standards.
- Develop and train team members for career progression and a positive work culture.
Requirements:
- A minimum 2-3 years of management experience in fitness or leisure settings.
- Strong leadership and customer-focused skills.
- Proven ability to achieve commercial targets through effective sales strategies.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A solid understanding of Health & Safety best practices.
Essential Qualifications:
- A nationally recognised Fitness Instructor qualification.
- An in-date Occupational First Aid certification including AED training.
- An in-date Lifeguard qualification with current certification.
