Job Title: Environmental Client Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with clients through on-site visits and discuss their needs.
  • Write technical proposals advising clients on suitable products and services.
  • Prepare process optimisation surveys for clients with recommendations.
  • Manage stock levels across product lines to ensure availability for clients.
  • Proactively manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
  • Keep up-to-date with new products and technologies.
  • Maintain customer database and complete reports.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company and network with potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Chemistry, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering or Microbiology.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the industry.
  • Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
  • Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment technologies and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fully clean driving license with access to own car.
  • High level of computer literacy/IT skills.

Working Environment:

This role requires working from home with frequent travel to client sites in Ireland and the UK. The ideal candidate will be able to balance remote and office-based work effectively.
