Customer Service Representative

A key position in our retail team is available for an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative. As a highly valued member of the sales floor, this individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing expert advice on products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure complete satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless sales and inventory management.
  • Maintain a well-organized showroom, adhering to high standards of presentation and merchandising.
  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Accurately measure and calculate customer orders, providing accurate quotes and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar retail environment, preferably in hardware or flooring.
  • Demonstrated expertise in calculation and measurement techniques.
  • Holding a valid full driving license, with excellent manual handling skills.
  • Completion of Manual Handling Certificate and Safe Pass course.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
