Belfast, Ireland beBeeAssessor Full time €38,500 - €39,500
Work Capability Assessor Nurse Role

A prominent healthcare provider seeks a skilled professional to conduct Work Capability Assessments. As a registered nurse, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, paramedic, or doctor, this position offers a better work-life balance and an opportunity to boost earnings.

About the Job:
  • Conduct 5 assessments per day, both in-person and via telephone.
  • Prepare clear, evidence-based reports that focus on functional abilities rather than treatment or diagnosis.
  • Evaluate a range of conditions, including physical, mental, and cognitive limitations.

This is a hybrid role with structured training, combining office time in Belfast with home-based work. You will need:

  • At least one year of post-registration experience.
  • NMC, HCPC, or GMC registration without any restrictions.
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to write clear reports.
Benefits:
  • 25 days' holiday (rising to 27) plus the option to purchase additional leave.
  • Paid support for registration and revalidation fees.
  • A company-provided laptop and phone.
  • Access to a pension scheme, life assurance, and 15 weeks' paid maternity leave.
  • Health and wellbeing support, including access to Headspace.
  • An annual charity day, cycle-to-work scheme, and other benefits.

This is your chance to earn more while gaining greater balance, stability, and variety in your clinical career.
