As a seasoned legal professional, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile and complex matters within a dynamic practice.

The Role

This is an exciting chance to work on a range of challenging cases, including regulatory advice, investigations and inquiries, and administrative law proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising clients on administrative and public law matters, including statutory interpretation and information law issues.
  • Leading and assisting administrative law litigation, including liaising with counsel.
  • Drafting legal opinions, pleadings, submissions, correspondence, consultation documents, and regulatory policies.
  • Providing support to clients during statutory or regulatory investigations and public inquiries.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver holistic advice.
Candidate Profile

We are looking for a motivated, solutions-focused solicitor/barrister who is eager to grow within a busy practice.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4-5 years' PQE in public, regulatory, litigation, or a closely related field.
  • Excellent drafting, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical ability and sound judgment.
  • A proven ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • A client-centric approach with a commitment to delivering practical solutions.
