Key Responsibilities- Manage on-farm milk quality and compliance to regulations, while ensuring seamless collaboration with suppliers.
- Work closely with the Milk Supply Manager team to enhance one-to-one farmer engagement and problem-solving skills.
- Contribute to project work across various functions, including Agribusiness, Transport, and Quality Control.
- Develop and maintain compliance documentation, with opportunities to own and improve processes.
- Strong academic record in Agricultural Science, Agribusiness, or related fields, with a minimum of a 2.2 honors degree.
- Proven ambition to progress successfully in agribusiness, demonstrating resilience in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A thirst for knowledge, with a desire to continually learn and grow.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to develop creative insights and execute change.
