Automotive Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workshop Controller to join our team in a leading-edge automotive dealership. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a key leadership role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the service workshop, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing workshop throughput and technician utilisation
  • Ensuring all work is documented and processed in line with manufacturer guidelines
  • Leading by example in managing health and safety protocols
  • Completing training needs analysis and coordinating with Aftersales and Training Manager(s)

In addition to technical skills and qualifications, the ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional performance.

  • Strong knowledge of workshop processes, diagnostics, and quality control

  • Clear and confident communication
  • IT literacy (MS Office, Dealer Management Systems, diagnostic platforms)
