Hotel Operations Professional

The Hotel Operations Professional plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel at night, while providing exceptional customer service.

  • Maintain a high level of health & safety during nighttime operations.
  • Perform front office duties, including managing check-ins and check-outs, as well as running nightly reports.
  • Ensure food and beverage service is provided to guests at night.
  • Maintain cleanliness standards in the hotel lobby and meeting rooms.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Capability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Previous experience in a 3/4-star hotel an advantage.
