Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day operations, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with a team to ensure seamless hotel management.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Oversee hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve business objectives.
- Analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall guest experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel management, focusing on operations and guest service.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Food Service Essential.
- Ability to manage and work within a team as well as on your own initiative.
- Strong analytical and financial management skills, with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality service.
- Flexibility to work 5 days a week / 40 hours, including days, nights, and weekends.
