Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our hotel's operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple stakeholders within the hotel and play a pivotal role in operational management.
- Oversee hotel operations, interact with guests, and inspire teams to deliver exceptional hospitality services.
- Possess strong operational knowledge with the ability to work across departments as needed.
- Assist other managers with interviewing and recruitment processes.
- Coach and train new employees to ensure they feel confident in their roles.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and handle conflicts or complaints efficiently.
- 3-4 years of experience as a Deputy or Operations Manager in a large hotel setting.
- A strong focus on maintaining high standards, particularly in Food & Beverage services.
- A desire to progress and develop one's career in hotels.
- Experience in people leadership and motivation.
- A proven ability to develop talented employees.
- Strong communication skills and comfort in contributing to the overall hotel strategy.
- The ability to build relationships and influence all levels of the business.
