We are seeking an accomplished Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the smooth running of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing hotel efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a fast-paced hotel environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct staff effectively.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
