We are seeking a seasoned Conference and Banqueting Manager to lead our luxury 5-star hotel team in Co Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest experiences and increase sales.
- Lead a high-performing team of conference and banqueting staff, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution and maximum customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior conference and banqueting role within a luxury hotel environment.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional service standards, driving revenue growth, and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
