The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified accountant with a strong background in management accounting and experience in leading a finance/accounting team. About the Role:

  • Responsible for the overall outcomes of the finance department.
  • Manage the finance function, including financial planning, analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and internal control.
  • Develop and implement internal controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data.
  • Provide financial guidance to support business growth and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/CPA or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2-3 years proven accounting experience in a similar hospitality, food & beverage, retail accounting role.
  • Experience in leading a finance/accounting team.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and advanced Excel.
