We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Revenue Optimisation Specialist to join our reservations team, bringing expertise in revenue management, pricing strategies, and yield management. In this critical role, you will oversee and manage the reservations department, ensuring seamless and efficient booking processes that meet our luxury brand standards.

Your primary objective will be to implement and oversee revenue optimisation strategies in collaboration with the Accounts team, ensuring accurate room inventory management and coordination with the Sales, Front Office, and Revenue teams to maximise occupancy and revenue. You will also be responsible for monitoring and analysing reservations data to identify trends and adjusting pricing strategies accordingly, maintaining knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell to guests.

To succeed in this role, you will need to train, mentor, and lead the reservations team to uphold our standards of excellence, fostering relationships with VIP guests, travel agencies, and corporate clients to enhance customer loyalty and repeat business. Your ability to collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies for various booking channels will also be crucial in driving revenue growth.
